目的探讨城市学龄儿童超重肥胖相关影响因素,为制定儿童超重肥胖防制策略提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取广西4个县(区)6~13岁城市小学生3 308名,对其进行身高、体重测量和问卷调查。根据《中国学龄儿童少年超重和肥胖预防与控制指南》(试用)判断是否超重肥胖。采用非条件Logistic回归分析探索超重肥胖相关的生活方式影响因素。结果小学男生超重率、肥胖率分别为10.91%,6.50%;女生超重率、肥胖率分别为7.15%,4.16%,男、女生超重肥胖率差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为14.003,8.822,P值均<0.05)。男、女生睡眠不足比例分别为9.78%,10.92%。男生正常出生体重是超重/肥胖的保护因素(OR=0.66,95%CI=0.44~0.99),体力活动时间不足是危险因素(OR=4.28,95%CI=1.57~11.65),女生充足的睡眠是超重/肥胖的保护因素(OR=0.46,95%CI=0.23~0.90)。结论出生体重、体力活动时间和睡眠时间是儿童超重肥胖的主要影响因素。家庭、学校、社区联动干预是减少儿童超重/肥胖的重要措施。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of overweight and obesity in school-age children in urban areas and provide reference for the prevention and control strategies of children overweight and obesity. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 3 308 primary school students from 6 to 13 years old in 4 counties (districts) of Guangxi. The height, weight and questionnaire were surveyed. According to “Chinese juvenile overweight and obesity prevention and control guide” (trial) to determine whether overweight obesity. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of lifestyle related to overweight and obesity. Results The prevalence of overweight and obesity in primary school boys was 10.91% and 6.50% respectively. The prevalence of overweight and obesity in girls was 7.15% and 4.16% respectively. There were significant differences in overweight and obesity among boys and girls (χ2 = 14.003, 8.822, P <0.05). Male and female lack of sleep were 9.78%, 10.92%. The normal birth weight of boys was the protective factor of overweight / obesity (OR = 0.66,95% CI = 0.44-0.99), and the lack of physical activity time was the risk factor (OR = 4.28,95% CI 1.57-11.65) Is a protective factor of overweight / obesity (OR = 0.46, 95% CI = 0.23 ~ 0.90). Conclusion Birth weight, physical activity time and sleep time are the main influencing factors of overweight and obesity in children. Family, school, community linkage intervention is an important measure to reduce children’s overweight / obesity.
