随着经济全球化的加速,国际合作的空间越来越大,文化的交流和碰撞也愈加频繁,因此必须加快培养跨文化管理人才。我国高等教育是培养跨文化管理人才的关键环节,因此本文分为四个部分对其进行探讨:第一部分对跨文化管理相关文献进行梳理,归纳跨文化管理人才的素质能力分类;第二部分对当前我国高等教育阶段对跨文化管理人才的培养模式进行总结;第三部分,设计调查问卷,调查在跨文化企业工作直面跨文化管理实践的高校毕业生关于跨文化管理人才应该具备的技能与素质,及对高等教育阶段提供的跨文化管理教育的观点,并对收集到的数据进行统计分析;最后根据分析结果,结合我国高等教育跨文化管理人才培养现状,提出相应结论与建议。
