目的了解医院诊疗工作中的物体表面污染情况。方法在2009~2012年期间,随机采集医院临床各病房及医院感染管理重点科室的物体表面样本,共421份,检测细菌总数。结果 4年共监测物体表面样本421份,平均总合格率91.0%,趋势性检验显示连续4年监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=6.59,P<0.05)。不同物体表面检测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=57.01,P<0.001),氧气湿化瓶、病房床头柜和手术室呼吸气囊合格率较低。结论存在物体表面污染现象,应加强物体表面的清洁消毒工作,保障医疗安全。
Objective To understand the surface contamination of the hospital during the diagnosis and treatment. Methods During the period of 2009 to 2012, a total of 421 surface samples of various hospital wards and nosocomial infection management key departments were collected randomly to detect the total number of bacteria. Results A total of 421 surface samples were monitored during the four years, with a total average passing rate of 91.0%. The trend test showed that the passing rate of monitoring for four consecutive years showed an upward trend year by year (χ2 = 6.59, P <0.05). There were significant differences in the passing rate of different objects on the surface (χ2 = 57.01, P <0.001), and the passing rate of oxygen gas humidifying bottles, bedside cabinets and operating room respiration balloons was lower. Conclusion There is a phenomenon of surface contamination of the object, should be strengthened cleaning and disinfection of the surface of the object to ensure medical safety.
