目的观察松花粉预防和延缓腮腺组织衰老EGFR在腮腺导管细胞中的表达。方法D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老雄性大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)观察不同剂量的松花粉对衰老的腮腺组织EGFR表达的影响。结果EGFR在腮腺组织广泛表达,D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老大鼠模型组EGFR的表达明显下降,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);而经松花粉给药后EGFR的表达明显上升,其中预防中剂量组效果明显。结论松花粉具有改善衰老雄性大鼠腮腺功能紊乱,预防和延缓腮腺组织衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of pine pollen on preventing and delaying the senescence of parotid gland EGFR in salivary duct cells. Methods The subacute senile male rat model was established by continuous intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, and the effect of different doses of pine pollen on the expression of EGFR in the parotid gland tissue was observed by immunohistochemical method (SP method). RESULTS: EGFR was widely expressed in salivary gland tissue. The expression of EGFR in the subacute aging rat model group induced by D-galactose was significantly decreased. There was a statistically significant difference compared with the normal control group (P<0.01). The pine pollen was given The expression of EGFR was significantly increased after drug administration, and the effect of the moderate dose group was significant. Conclusion Pine pollen can improve the function of parotid gland dysfunction in aging male rats and prevent and delay the aging of parotid tissue.
