一、郑州高技术开发区的现状及规划河南省人民政府于1988年5月正式批准兴建“郑州经济技术开发区”,同时决定在区内建立“郑州高技术开发区”。两年多来,在作为起步用的20公顷土地上,开发区的建设工作正在顺利进行,已实现了“八通一平”。在这一区域内,已经初步形成了良好的投资环境和优质、高效的配套服务设施。目前,已批准进入开发区的高技术企业有17家,已经建成4家,其余13家正在建设及做前期筹备工作。些企业中,有国内唯一生产巨型彩色大屏幕室外显示系统的“河南省中原显示技术开发公司”,机电部郑州磨料磨具磨削研究所与台湾德翔建设开发股份有限公司合资兴办的“郑州新亚复合超硬材料有限

Status and Planning of Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone Henan Provincial People’s Government formally approved the construction of “Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone” in May 1988 and decided to establish “Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone” in the zone. Over the past two years, on the 20 hectares of land used as a starting point, the construction of the development zone is proceeding smoothly and “eight connections and one leveling” have been achieved. In this region, a good investment environment and high quality and efficient supporting service facilities have been initially formed. At present, 17 high-tech enterprises that have already been approved to enter the zone have been established, 4 have been completed, and the remaining 13 are in the process of construction and preliminary preparations.
