颚式破碎机机构尺寸参数设计合理与否是产品性能好坏的重要决定因素之一。因此,为提高产品性能,充分发挥颚式破碎机效用,就需要对其机构进行仿真设计,并对仿真机构执行进一步优化。在此背景下,本文首先分析了颚式破碎机的构成,然后对其机构仿真与优化设计进行了详细的研究,旨在推动颚式破碎机能够发挥最大化效用。
Jaw Crusher size design parameters are reasonable or not is one of the important determinants of product performance. Therefore, in order to improve product performance and give full play to the effectiveness of the jaw crusher, we need to simulate the design of its agencies, and the implementation of the simulation mechanism to further optimize. In this context, this paper first analyzes the composition of jaw crusher, and then the mechanism of simulation and optimization of the design were studied in detail, to promote the jaw crusher to maximize the effectiveness.
