现今我国企业制度逐步完善,越来越多的企业开始实施股权激励制度,对于公募基金公司而言,通过股权激励的方式不仅可以吸纳有志之士加入公司,更能留住人才,进而发挥经理人的潜力,进而提升企业自身的市场价值。近几年我国将股权激励计划应用于公司发展中的公司越来越多,也通过此种方式实现了企业对经营者的长期激励,本文对公募基金公司股权激励及实践展开探讨。
