在祖国经济蓬勃发展的浪潮下,高等教育正迎来新的改革和变化。成人教育是高等教育中重要的一部分,其多样化、灵活和开放的特点和发展模式使其具有和普通高等教育相比鲜明的特点。本文在分析了当前校企合作背景下成人高等教育人才培养的发展现状后,提出了校企合作这一新兴的合作模式对于发展成人高等教育具有重要的现实意义,其能够推动成人高等教育向现代化、科学化迈进。
Under the tide of vigorous economic development in the motherland, higher education is ushering in new reforms and changes. Adult education is an important part of higher education. Its diverse, flexible and open characteristics and mode of development make it distinctive in comparison with that of ordinary higher education. After analyzing the current situation of talent cultivation in adult higher education under the current background of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper proposes that the emerging cooperation model of school-industry cooperation is of great practical significance for the development of adult higher education.
