随着对于小儿慢性胃炎研究的深入，我国中医药在病因病机、辨证分型以及临床治疗中取得长足的进步。笔者通过对近代相关研究资料以及临床病案探索，从该病的病因与临床症状的角度出发，系统地阐述该病的病机特点，同时对其治疗原则提出个人的看法，以期为进一步研究提供思路与中医理论依据。
