(1997年9月2日国务院批准1997年9月29日外经贸部、国家工商行政管理局发布) 为了对外商投资企业投资者(含收购国内企业资产或股权设立的外商投资企业)出资加强管理,现就《中外合资经营企业合营各方出资的若干规定》作如下补充规定: 一、对通过收购国内企业资产或股权设立外商投资企业的外国投资者,应自外商投资企业营业执照颁发之日起3个月内支付全部购买金。对特殊情况需延长支付(?)6个月内支付购买总金额的60％
