需要检查每个单元电池电压和模组内温度传感器阻值时,可以使用专用工具EL-48571-A与适配器EL-48571-45执行单个电池模块内每个电池单元电压、温度传感器阻值的检查。位于工具适配器上的说明标签指示了对应挡位与被测量电池的编号信息(如图95所示)。使用专用工具EL-50332(如图96所示)与组件可以对高压电池完成:(1)高压电池组内电池电压、温度等数据的读取;(2)旧电池的放电处理;(3)更换电池模块的电量平衡。
