查了１４２例经颅脑ＣＴ扫描确诊的脑出血病人及相同数量对照的行为特征，以探讨Ａ型性格与脑出血的关系。结果表明，病例组ＴＨ、ＣＨ及ＴＨ＋ＣＨ计分均明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；且与脑出血的ＯＲ间呈明显的剂量反应关系；与Ｂ型性格相比，Ａ型性格的人患脑出血的ＯＲ为２．２８（９５％ＣＩ：１．３６～３．８２），但是按高血压病史调整后ＯＲ为１．４９（９５％ＣＩ：０．７０～３．２１）。提示Ａ型性格可能是借助于影响血压间接地增加了患脑出血的危险性。
Check 142 cases of cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by brain CT scan and the same number of patients with behavioral characteristics to explore the relationship between type A personality and cerebral hemorrhage. The results showed that the scores of TH, CH and TH + CH in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001), and there was a dose-response relationship between the OR and the intracerebral hemorrhage. Compared with the B type, Of those who had intracerebral hemorrhage had an OR of 2.28 (95% CI: 1.36 to 3.82), but OR adjusted to have a history of hypertension of 1.49 (95% CI: 0.70 to 3.21) . Suggesting that type A personality may be indirectly affected by the impact of blood pressure increased risk of cerebral hemorrhage.
