目的探讨H I S系统在优化影像科室的管理模式、改进和提高医疗诊断质量、减轻科室工作人员负担、价格管理、提高工作效率、成本核算等方面的意义。方法我院引进医院信息系统,对应用前6 0 d与应用后6 0 d影像科各种环节成本消耗等逐一进行对比。结果采用H I S系统后总体成本下降,总体流程减少,其中人力成本下降显著,对医师的报告书写,病例讨论与学习,技师的检查操作等环节进行了优化,提高了科室的医疗水平和工作效率,优化了科室的管理模式,成本核算一目了然。结论 H I S系统创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益,使科室的管理迈上了一个新的台阶,树立了新的形象,为建造一个现代化、科学化、规范化的新型医院打下了良好的基础。
Objective To explore the significance of HIS system in optimizing the management mode of imaging department, improving and improving the quality of medical diagnosis, reducing the workload of department staff, price management, improving work efficiency and cost accounting.
