目的:对分枝虫草菌丝体生长的生物学特性进行研究。方法:考察不同温度、pH值、碳源、氮源和碳氮比下分枝虫草菌丝体的生长情况。结果:分枝虫草菌丝体生长的最佳温度为25℃,初始pH为5.0~7.0,最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉,最佳氮源为酵母浸膏,最佳碳氮比是24∶1。结论:通过本研究,得到分枝虫草菌丝体生长的最佳条件,为分枝虫草人工栽培提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To study the biological characteristics of mycelium growth. Methods: The growth of Mycelium of Cordyceps subtilis under different temperature, pH, carbon source, nitrogen source and C / N ratio was investigated. Results: The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25 ℃ and the initial pH was 5.0-7.0. The optimum carbon source was soluble starch, the best nitrogen source was yeast extract, and the optimum C / N ratio was 24:1 . Conclusion: The optimal conditions for the growth of Mycelium of Cordyceps were obtained through this study, which provided a reference for the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps.
