我厂在加工WH130型汽车差速器壳体时,原先是采用内弧、内孔和上口分别加工,需要两次装卡工件。因此,工件的同心度不易保证。我们为了提高产品的质量,在C618车床上增加了一个刀架(如图所示),便可在一次装卡工件后,加工出内孔、止口和内弧。这样不仅保证了同心度,而且对内弧加工来说,比原用旋风铣加工提高工效4倍。刀架座13是固定在车床床身上的,装有刀具摇臂6的活动板5可以绕刀架座的0_1轴旋转,即当加工圆柱面内孔时,可将活动板移开工件,用车床刀架9上的刀具进行加工。当加工内
