采用放免分析法检测180例糖尿病尿微量蛋白（AIb）、β2－微球蛋白（β2－MG）并与正常组比较，结果49．44％病例AIb增高，35．56％病例β2－MG增高（皆P＜0．001），并随糖尿病病程延长，阳性率也随着增高。提示AIb、β2－MG联合检测可早期发现糖尿病、及其肾脏损害部位与程度。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of AIb and β2-microglobulin in 180 cases of diabetic patients and compared with the normal group, the results showed that AIb increased in 49.44% and increased in 35.56% cases (β2-MG) All P <0.001), and with the duration of diabetes prolonged, the positive rate also increased with. Tip AIb, β2-MG combined detection of early detection of diabetes, and its kidney damage the site and extent.
