在西气东输二线工程站场中,管线钢X80与锻钢LF2常采用手工电弧焊打底、自保护焊丝填充盖面的方式进行焊接。本文分别采用三种成分、强度不同的自保护焊丝对二者进行焊接,对其焊接接头采用拉伸、弯曲、低温冲击、电化学试验等方法进行力学性能和耐腐蚀性能测试。并通过对母材及接头的显微组织进行观察,比较不同焊接材料对接头性能与组织产生的影响。
In the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project, the pipeline steel X80 and the forged steel LF2 are usually welded by manual electric arc welding and self-shielded welding wire with a cover surface. In this paper, three kinds of self-shielded welding wires with different compositions and different strengths were used to weld them respectively. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joints were tested by tensile, bending, low temperature impact and electrochemical tests. The effects of different welding materials on the joint performance and microstructure were compared by observing the microstructure of the base metal and the joint.
