各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市及新疆生产建设兵团经贸委(经委)、财政厅(局)、劳动保障厅(局)、国家税务局、地方税务局,各中央企业:为进一步做好国有大中型企业主辅分离辅业改制分流安置富余人员工作,现就原国家经贸委等8部门《印发(关于国有大中型企业主辅分离辅业改制分流安置富余人员的实施办法)的通知》(国经贸企改[2002]859号,以下简称859号文件)中的有关问题通知如下:
