基于对500 kV锡西南和苏州西2个无人值班变电站在带电启动阶段有别于常规有人值班变电站特点的分析,总结了无人值班变电站需要验证的特殊性能参数,并阐述了系统启动调试中涉及远方监控中心的性能调试规范,以及进一步在500 kV无人值班变电站工程建设实例中的调试方案制订和测试数据分析中所进行的验证。此项研究对今后同类500 kV无人值班变电站的建设和投运具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of two unattended substations in 500 kV tin southwest and Suzhou West during the phase of electrified start-up, which are different from those of conventional on-duty substations, the special performance parameters that need to be verified in unattended substation are summarized, and the system startup and commissioning It involves the performance commissioning specifications of the remote monitoring center and the verification conducted in the debugging scheme development and test data analysis in the 500 kV unattended substation construction project. This study is of guiding significance to the construction and operation of similar 500 kV unattended substations in the future.
