利用ICP-AES法测定碳酸稀土中Ca、Mg、Mn杂质含量,并通过标准加入法克服了基体效应的影响。对影响测定结果的因素进行研究,确定了最佳的分析谱线和酸度。各元素的检出限在0.003 0~0.011 0μg/mL之间,回收率在92.85%~101.81%之间,相对标准偏差在3.3%~5.0%之间。本方法检测快速、准确,操作简便,切实可行。
The contents of Ca, Mg and Mn impurities in rare earth carbonate were determined by ICP-AES, and the effect of matrix effect was overcome by standard addition method. The factors affecting the determination of the results of the study to determine the best analysis of the line and acidity. The detection limits of all the elements ranged from 0.003 0 to 0.011 0 μg / mL. The recoveries ranged from 92.85% to 101.81% with relative standard deviations between 3.3% and 5.0%. The method of detecting fast, accurate, easy to operate, practical.
