在云南边疆民族地区存在着宗教泛化的现象,即宗教信仰普遍程度高、宗教活动频繁并存在着继续发展的趋势。作为一种意识形态,这样的宗教泛化现象对意识形态在云南边疆民族地区的建设形成了挑战,如宗教信仰自由、宗教功能的广泛、宗教本质认知的片面以及少数民族党员信教等问题影响着意识形态建设的范围、程度、方式和效果。为了维护边疆意识形态安全,必须深化对宗教信仰自由的认知,增强意识建设途径的常态化,深化马克思主义宗教观的传播,并因地制宜的解决和利用少数民族党员信教来建构多元宗教环境中的意识形态建设。
