本文聚焦中国大陆语境下的人际修辞与医患关系研究,借助中国知网,对近十年来(2005年1月-2014年12月)发表在国内核心期刊上的研究成果进行了检索与归纳。尽管诸多的学者所关注的医院体制等诸多方面对医患关系有许多不利的方面,但导致医患关系紧张的最直接的导火线却是诊疗活动中的医患之间的言语行为本身。本研究拟以Leech的人际修辞理论的标准与原则为依据,探究人际修辞所遵循的标准与原则对中国医患关系研究的启示,以期对现有研究加以补充。 This article focuses on interpersonal rhetoric and the relationship between doctors and patients in Mainland China. With the help of CNKI, the research results of the core journals published in China in the past ten years (January 2005 to December 2014) are searched and summarized . Although there are many unfavorable aspects to doctor-patient relationship in many aspects, such as the hospital system that many scholars are concerned about, the most direct fuse that causes the doctor-patient relationship is the verbal act between doctors and patients in the clinic. Based on the criteria and principles of Leech’s interpersonal rhetorical theory, this study attempts to explore the implications of the standards and principles followed by interpersonal rhetoric for the study of doctor-patient relationship in China, with a view to complementing existing research.
