制度作为企业内部约束和激励员工的最重要管理规定,在企业的整体运行中具有至关重要的作用,科学合理的制度不仅有利于企业战略的落地和计划目标的落实,更是企业高层扩大管理范围,规范企业员工的有力保障和依据。本文试图从企业制度的管理框架、管理机构和制度的源、立、行、查、改、废的全周期管控各个方面进行初步的探索,以期给企业的制度管理提出一个相对规范,且便于操作的模式。
