光纤激光是当前激光技术领域的研究前沿与热点,在先进制造、通信传感、国防等领域有广泛的需求和应用前景。受限于非线性效应、模式不稳定效应、材料损伤等因素,单纤输出功率提升的同时保持良好光束质量存在物理瓶颈与技术挑战。对多束光纤激光进行光束合成是解决上述问题的可行方案之一,光纤激光固有的紧凑结构也非常适合于构建多路激光阵列。近年来,我国在光纤激光光束合成领域取得了一系列重要成果。为促进学术交流、推动创新发展,中国光学工程学会会刊《红外与激光工程》计划在2017年12月正刊出版“光纤激光光
Fiber laser is the frontier and hotspot in the field of laser technology. It has a wide range of needs and applications in advanced manufacturing, communications sensing, national defense and other fields. Due to such factors as non-linear effects, mode-instability effects and material damage, there are physical bottlenecks and technical challenges in maintaining single-chip output power while maintaining good beam quality. Beam synthesis of multiple fiber lasers is one of the possible solutions to the above problems. The inherent compact structure of fiber lasers is also very suitable for the construction of multi-channel laser arrays. In recent years, China has made a series of important achievements in the field of fiber laser beam synthesis. In order to promote academic exchange and promote innovation and development, the magazine ”Infrared and Laser Engineering“ of China Institute of Optical Engineering is publishing ”Optical Fiber Laser Light" in December 2017
