用单色的复合树脂修复多色的天然牙并获得真实牙色是重要的,也是比较困难的。天然牙的多色性是由于牙釉质和牙本质颜色的不同以及在牙冠中厚度不同而形成的。釉质色是由白到灰,牙本质则含有黄、桔黄、红等色,釉质在前牙切缘最厚,冠颈部最薄。年轻人中磨损较少的前牙切缘常为蓝、紫或灰色,这是由于釉质的不透明性和没有牙本质造成的。复合树脂由于充填颗粒的特性使其透光性、阻光性等性能有所不同,如透明性取决于颗粒的颜色、厚度、百分比及制造时的磨光方法。颗粒的大小也有影响。颗粒大小约0.04μm的称之为微粒型,1~10μm 的则称为巨粒型。
It is important and difficult to repair a multi-colored natural tooth with a monochromatic composite resin and obtain the true tooth color. The natural color of the tooth is due to the difference between the color of the enamel and dentin and the thickness of the tooth crown. Enamel color from white to gray, dentin contains yellow, orange, red and other colors, the enamel cutting edge of the thickest anterior teeth, crown thinnest neck. The incisive edge of young people who wear less often is blue, purple or gray due to the opacity of the enamel and the absence of dentine. The properties of the composite resin such as transparency and opacity differ depending on the characteristics of the filler particles. For example, the transparency depends on the color, thickness, percentage, and polishing method of the particles. The size of the particles is also affected. Particle size of about 0.04μm called the particle type, 1 ~ 10μm is called the giant type.
