石首市东升镇第一初级中学,现有教职员工71人,在校学生648人,寄宿生355人,乘坐校车学生95人。近年来,学校不断提高安全工作的思想认识,不断夯实安全管理的工作基础,不断创新安全管理的工作机制。坚持安全第一,预防为主,综合治理的原则。多管齐下,切实筑牢校园安全保障的防护网,为学生创造了一个良好的安全学习环境。一、提高思想认识校园安全关乎师生生命安全,牵涉到千家万户,关系到社会和谐稳定。
