专业的篮球人才的数量与质量极大的影响着我国篮球运动的广泛普及与高速发展,而高等体育院校是培养篮球专业人才最为主要的基地。笔者运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等对目前高等院校篮球专业人才技能培养进行了研究,通过分析发现其中存在的问题,为决策者提供参考。 The number and quality of professional basketball talents greatly affect the popularity and rapid development of basketball in our country. Higher physical education institutions are the most important base for training basketball professionals. The author uses the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and so on to carry on the research to the current basketball skill cultivation in colleges and universities, through the analysis to discover the existing problems, provides the reference for the decision maker.
