针对浅层气-固流化床床层与水平埋管间的传热特性进行了实验研究,同时利用光导纤维对床层与壁面间的接触动力学参数进行了检测,从而从流体力学的角度,分析了传热的实验结果。基于乳化团与气泡相与传热面的交替接触,通过理论分析,提出了浅层流化床中水平埋管传热的模型方程,模拟值能较好地与实验结果相符合。
The heat transfer characteristics between the shallow gas-solid fluidized bed and the horizontal buried pipe were studied. At the same time, the contact kinetic parameters between the bed and the wall were measured by optical fiber. From the perspective of fluid mechanics , The experimental results of heat transfer were analyzed. Based on the alternating contact between the emulsion group and the bubble phase and the heat transfer surface, a theoretical model of the heat transfer in a horizontal fluidized bed is proposed through theoretical analysis. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
