研究显示,当企业组织知识型员工占到组织人员的20%时,能够为企业创造80%的财富。而一旦企业知识型员工出现不稳定状态,则意味着企业核心竞争力将受到严重削弱。可见,研究能够对知识型员工产生有效管理和激励的薪酬管理策略,不但有利于企业知识资本的不断累积,更有利于企业在激烈的市场竞争中始终掌握核心竞争力,立于不败之地。本文通过对企业知识型员工特征以及有效薪酬管理策略的研究,提出企业构建对知识型员工能够产生长期激励措施的有效薪酬管理策略,对企业管理知识型员工有一定的指导意义。
Research shows that when an organization’s knowledge worker accounts for 20% of the organization’s staff, it can create 80% of the firm’s wealth. Once the enterprise knowledge workers instability, it means that the core competitiveness of enterprises will be severely weakened. It can be seen that researching a compensation management strategy that can effectively manage and motivate knowledge workers is not only beneficial to the continuous accumulation of knowledge capital in enterprises, but also conducive to keeping the core competitiveness of enterprises in an invariable market competition . Based on the research on the characteristics of knowledge workers and effective salary management strategies, this paper puts forward an effective salary management strategy for enterprises to build long-term incentive measures for knowledge workers, which is of guiding significance to the management of knowledge workers.
