患者女,13岁。住院号11363。因右下腹痛8天,加重2天,于1984年12月14日入院。体检:T38.5℃,P96次/分,R22次/分,BP110/80mmHg。神清合作,精神欠佳,痛苦呻吟,发育正常,营养一般。两肺呼吸音清晰,心律齐,心率96次/分,各瓣膜区未闻及病理性杂音。腹部高度膨隆,腹式呼吸存在,未见腹壁静脉曲张,未见肠型及蠕动浪,全腹压痛,以右下腹为著,无明显反跳痛。腹部触诊可扪及一界限不清且向两侧扩大的巨大包块,因肿块巨大肝脾不易触知,肿块上界抵达剑下及两肋缘内,下极入盆腔,
