目的 探讨精神发育迟滞(MR)女性性自卫能力的量化评定。方法 对“性自卫能力评定量表(CSSD)”进行现场测试,分析其信度和效度。结果 CSSD具有良好的内部一致性和稳定性、结构合理、与智力测验和智残评定结果较为一致,其界限值所划分的不同法定能力等级与专家鉴定结论间也高度一致。结论 CSSD值得在我国MR性自卫能力的鉴定实践中不断完善并推广应用。
Objective To explore the quantitative assessment of female sexual self-defense in mental retardation (MR). Methods The “Self-Defense Ability Rating Scale (CSSD)” was tested on site and its reliability and validity were analyzed. Results CSSD has good internal consistency and stability, reasonable structure, consistent with the results of mental tests and mental retardation, and its statutory level of competence divided by the threshold is highly consistent with expert conclusion. Conclusion CSSD is worthy of continuous improvement and popularization in the appraisal of MR capability of self-defense in our country.
