销轴式予应力机架的强度计算问题,目前很少研究,这方面的文献资料也很少报导。然而这种机架目前广泛应用在型钢厂的开坯机上(如:φ650、φ630),特别近年来又广泛用在φ300、φ350等小型、线材轧机上。由于该机架具有结构简单、换辊方便、刚度大、精度高等优点、有逐渐代替一般开口式机架的趋势。因此,本文就其强度计算中的受力分析、静不定力及予紧力等问题,从理论上加以分析和推导。以便轧机设计和强度验算时,提高理论依据。
There is little research on the strength calculation of pin-axis prestressed racks, and the literature in this area is seldom reported. However, this kind of frame is widely used in the open-type machine of the steel mills (eg, φ650 and φ630). In particular, it is widely used in small and wire rod mills such as φ300 and φ350 in recent years. As the rack has the advantages of simple structure, convenient roll changing, high rigidity and high precision, it has the tendency of gradually replacing the general open rack. Therefore, this paper analyzes and deduces the problems of force analysis, static uncertainty and preconditioning in the calculation of strength.
