下属工作失败,其原因是多种多样的,或是办事的人主观不够努力,或是办事者经验不足,再或者是由于某些客观条件不够成熟,甚至可能是由于巧合,偶然地失败了。在这些原因中,除了主观不够努力尚可指责外,其他都不能简单地归罪于失败者。如果领导不分青红皂白,一听到或看到下属失败就肆意指责的话,下属是肯定不会心服的。常言道:“失败是成功之母。”很多成功都是在经历了失败之后才取得的。换句话说,要有人去失败,才会有人成功。如果一失败就会遭到劈头盖脸的指责的话,人们就会过分害怕失败,
