剖宫产是解决阴道难产、某些孕妇并发症的一种有效快速、相对安全的产科手术~([1])。目前随着剖宫产技术的逐步成熟,剖宫产适应证有所扩大,再次剖宫产率随之增加~([2])。为了减少剖宫产的术后并发症,改善子宫切口愈合情况,本文报道子宫下段剖宫产切口连续缝合子宫肌层并包埋缝合与单层连续缝合子宫全层的效果比较结果。1对象与方法1.1对象选择2012年6月至2013年6月在浙江省文成县人民医院行子宫下段剖宫产的产妇193例, Cesarean section is an effective, fast and relatively safe obstetric procedure for vaginal dystocia and certain complications of pregnant women.
