高中阶段学生身心活动处于飞跃时期,敢于创新,富于幻想,因而在体育活动项目的选择上存在较大的差异性和个性倾向性。随着体育运动的飞速发展,使用范围较广的统编教材难以满足现代学生的要求。对此,我校根据本校实际情况,以学生为中心,制定出了以少数民族民族体育项目为内容的校本教材,如毽球、花样跳绳、板鞋竞速等校本教材来补充常规教材的学习内容,实现了教材内容的创新,丰富了校园体育文化生活,为终身体育打下扎实的基础。下面谈谈我校在少数民族传统体育之校本教材的开发与实践过程中的几点做法。
