中药汤剂多为复方,每种生药又含有多种化学成份,煎煮时可能发生某些物理和化学变化,使生物中的有效成份发生质变或量变,这些变化直接影响到汤剂的疗效,而此疗效的高低以及理化反应与共存的生药种类、化学性质有着密切的关系。如川芎合剂中川芎与降香、姜黄,红花、丹参等的生药共煎液中川芎嗪的溶出量:汤剂中的溶出量仅20%,而在药渣中川芎嗪的残存量却为75%以上。川芎与姜黄、川芎与降香的共煎液中川芎嗪的溶出率降低较小,而川芎与丹参的共煎液中川芎嗪的溶出率降低较大,说明川芎嗪的溶出量受共存生药的影响,在合剂中川芎嗪的溶出率仅为川芎单煎液的17%左右。共煎液中川芎嗪溶出率降低的原因,可能是由于药渣的吸附作用、难溶复盐的生
Chinese herbal decoctions are mostly compound. Each crude drug contains multiple chemical components. The level of this effect and the physical and chemical reactions are closely related to the coexistent crude drug types and chemical properties. Such as Chuanxiong mixture Chuanxiong and Dangxiang, turmeric, safflower, Salvia miltiorrhiza and other crude drugs in the decoction of Chuanxiongqin dissolution: Decoction in the dissolution of only 20%, while in the dregs Ligustrazine in the residual amount is 75% or more. The dissolution rate of tetramethylpyrazine in the decoction of Chuanxiong and turmeric, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and Dangxiang was reduced, while the dissolution rate of ligustrazine in the decoction of Chuanxiong and Salvia miltiorrhiza was greatly reduced, indicating that the dissolution of ligustrazine was affected by the coexistence of crude drugs.
