本文是在大量试验研究工作的基础上,总结了小型汽油机排气消声器的简易工程设计方法,其内容包括小型汽油机排气噪声特性及其产生机理、消声器的物理模型、消声器各项设计参数的选择与结构的选择,以及各种参数对消声器性能的影响,同时还论述了关于消声器插入损失的内插和外推法的计算问题。采用这种设计万法可以方便地进行消声器的参数选择和结构设计,保证消声器的各项性能和质量达到要求,也可大大减少试验的工作量。因此本设计方法,是一种降低汽油机排气噪声和整机噪声用的可靠而简便的方法。
Based on a large amount of experimental research, this paper summarizes the simple engineering design method of exhaust muffler for small gasoline engine, including the characteristics of exhaust noise of small gasoline engine and its generation mechanism, the physical model of muffler and the selection of various design parameters of muffler The choice of structure and the influence of various parameters on the performance of the muffler, as well as the calculation of the interpolation and extrapolation of the muffler insertion loss. Using this design method can easily muffler parameter selection and structural design to ensure that the muffler performance and quality to meet the requirements, but also can greatly reduce the workload of the test. Therefore, the design method is a reliable and convenient method for reducing the exhaust noise of the gasoline engine and the noise of the whole machine.
