辩证唯物主义告诉我们,内因是一事物区别于他事物的内在本质,它不仅提供事物自己运动的源泉和动力,而且规定事物发展的方向和进程。外因的作用无论多么巨大,都必须通过内因才能实现。在学生的成长中,是不是教师全力付出、指导、教育,孩子就会学习和成长得很好呢?笔者认为不完全是这样的。在学生的成长过程中,绝对重要的因素是内因,只有自己主动起来,学习和成长才会更好;家长的合作更是非常重要,当家长主动付出,形成教育合力,才能更好促进学生成长。因此,班主任要做家长与学生“双主动”的
