Objective: To investigate the relationship between platelet dynamic changes and severe neonatal infection. Methods: According to the occurrence or absence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), 51 children with severe infection were divided into SIRS group and non-SIRS group, and their changes of platelet count were analyzed comparatively. The number of platelets and SIRS The incidence of complications in group and non-SIRS group, and the platelet count were measured to observe the dynamic changes. Results: The early platelet count of SIRS patients with severe neonatal infection was significantly higher than that of non-SIRS patients (t = 2.85, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Platelets gradually decrease in children with aggravating illness, and the reduction of SIRS in children with SIRS is more obvious. The dynamic changes of platelets in children with the prognosis of the prognosis of great significance.
