针对小规格高速线材生产中出现的颈缩、断丝等现象,分析了生产中辊缝、张力、温度、辊环、导卫等轧制工艺参数设定与调整不当,电气和设备故障,结疤、缩孔、夹杂群等轧件的内外部缺陷等影响因素。讨论了张力设置、高温强度、小断面断丝和断丝受力分析等关键问题,指出机架间张力增大、轧件断面积减小和材料的强度极限降低是产生断丝的根本原因。最后概括了采取的解决措施和应用效果。
