随着集体备课的不断深入,共享电子备课制度应运产生~([1]),它为教师备课提供了极大便利。在多数人为集体备课大唱赞歌、为这种便利欢呼雀跃时,却忽视了一个最重要的事实:备课的任务最终还是要落实在作为个体的语文教师身上。他们既是集体备课的起点,又是集体备课的终点。他们个人备课的质量直接决定课堂教学的效果。但如今语文教师的个人备课确实让人担忧。
With the deepening of the collective lesson planning, shared electronic lesson planning system should produce ~ ([1]), which provides great convenience for teachers lesson preparation. While most people are praising the collective lesson preparation and cheering for such convenience, they neglect one of the most important facts: the lesson preparation lesson should eventually be implemented on the part of Chinese teachers who are individuals. They are not only the starting point for the collective lesson preparation, but also the end of the collective lesson preparation. The quality of their individual lesson preparation directly determines the effectiveness of classroom teaching. But now the personal preparation of language teachers really worrying.
