广西地方志系统人才队伍对于完成编修三级地方志书和年鉴,发挥志鉴的存史、资政和育人功能起到关键作用。但是地方志人才队伍结构存在学历偏低、职称结构不合理等问题,全区专职修志人员中,具有高级、中级职称的人员比例不高,且呈逐年降低的趋势。缺少高级人才已成为制约地方志事业发展的瓶颈,影响到地方志事业的可持续发展。提出成立广西方志馆、地方志工作者申报专业技术职称和参评有关荣誉称号等建议。
Guangxi local history system of personnel for the completion of editing three local chronicle and Yearbook, Chik Kam’s history, capital management and educating people play a key role. However, there are some problems in the structure of local chronicling talented people, such as low education level and unreasonable title structure. Among the full-time part-time practitioners in the whole province, the proportion of senior and mid-level titles is not high and tends to decrease year by year. The lack of top talent has become a bottleneck restricting the development of local chronicles, affecting the sustainable development of local chronicles. Proposed the establishment of Guangxi Fangzhi Museum, local history workers to declare professional and technical titles and participate in the relevant honorary title and other recommendations.
