文章结合淮南联合大学计算机系近两年在大学生实训、就业和顶岗实习过程中的经验教训,明确指出了作为校方,顶岗实习的组织者,大学生就业对策的指导者,机制的决策者,在实际工作中,还有很多亟待提高的方面。最后从就业形势指导、毕业生就业制度建设与创新、教学方法改进和拓展就业人脉四个方面进一步阐述了高职院校有效提高大学生就业的对策机制。
Based on the experiences and lessons of university students in practical training, employment and internship in recent two years, the article clearly points out that as the organizers of college and internship, the guide of university students’ employment strategy and the decision maker of the mechanism, In actual work, there are still many aspects to be improved. Finally, from the employment situation guidance, the graduates employment system construction and innovation, teaching methods to improve and expand employment network further elaborated the higher vocational colleges to effectively improve the employment mechanism of college students.
