随着电子技术的推广,可控硅自动励磁调节器日益广泛应用于中小型电站。这种调节器具有灵敏度高、操作简便等优点。但由于可控硅元件的过载能力差,在元件保护(如快速熔断器)动作、元件损坏或其他故障使调节器停止输出的情况下,将造成发电机的失磁。我区隆安县巴洋水电站是一座单机运行的小型电站,发电机配用我校试产XZLT-A-1S型可控硅自动励磁调节器,水轮机配有TT—300型自动调速器。当发电机失磁时,使调速器的飞摆马达失压,将造成水轮机的飞逸,影响运行安全。
With the promotion of electronic technology, SCR automatic excitation regulator is increasingly widely used in small and medium-sized power station. This regulator has high sensitivity, easy operation and so on. However, due to the poor overload capacity of the thyristors, the generator will lose its magnetic flux in the event of component protection (such as fast fuses), component damage or other malfunctions that cause the regulator to stop outputting. Yang’an Bayan Hydropower Station in our district is a small-sized single-station power station. The generator is equipped with the pilot XZLT-A-1S thyristor automatic excitation regulator of our school. The turbine is equipped with TT-300 automatic governor. When the generator loss of magnetism, the governor flyweight motor loss of pressure, will cause the run-off of the turbine, affecting operational safety.
