介绍一种结合LabVIEW和ATmega16单片机的光栅单色仪控制系统的设计。给出光探头与光电门的电路图,单片机对多路数据的采集,以及大范围、高精度的定位方法,同时编程LabVIEW显示光功率-波长图线和控制电机的运动。该系统实现了对光信号的定位采集和全程采集两个功能。
This paper introduces the design of a grating monochromator control system combining LabVIEW with ATmega16 microcontroller. The circuit diagram of the optical probe and photo gate, the acquisition of multi-channel data by the singlechip, and the large-scale and high-precision positioning method are given. At the same time, LabVIEW is used to display the optical power-wavelength graph and control the movement of the motor. The system realizes the positioning and collection of optical signals and full acquisition of two functions.
