本文对46例(78只眼)老年性黄斑变性病人和22例(44只眼)的正常对照组用 Panel D-15和 FM100-hue 排列试验进行色觉检查,在 FM 100-hue 检查中,62.8%的病眼有色觉异常,在 Panel D-15检查中,38.5%的病眼有色觉异常,两者皆以监色觉异常为主。本文还将视力(包括矫正视力)≥1.0的早期 AMD病人与正常对照组的 FM 100-hue 总错误得分进行比较,两组差异有高度显著性,说明老年性黄斑变性的色觉改变可以早于视力的改变。湿性和干性老年黄斑变性病人 FM 100-hue 试验总错误得分的比较也有高度显著性差异,表明湿性老年黄斑变性病人的色觉比干性者更为恶化。
In this study, 46 (78 eyes) age-related macular degeneration and 22 normal controls (44 eyes) were examined for color vision using a Panel D-15 and FM100-hue permutation test.
