一、前言为配合水工钢闸门设计规范修订工作而进行的两项钢闸门面板试验工作已先后完成。其中由水电部东北勘测设计院委托的第一项任务已于1976年完成,其成果包括单区格、九区格、整体闸门结构等模型试验和第一次钢闸门原型实测,以及相应的理论分析计算等,已列入《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范(SDJ13-78)》中,详见参考文献[1]、[2]、[3]。由水电部水电总局直接下达的第二项任务,是同交通部水运规划院委托的任务一并进行的,已于1982年和1984年在整理分析Ⅰ号,Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号三对平面钢闸门模型试验成
I. Preface The two steel gate panels for testing work in conjunction with the revision of the design specifications for hydraulic steel gates have been completed. Among them, the first task entrusted by the Northeast Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Electricity and Water was completed in 1976.
