年初以来,巴西金融危机引发了拉美地区新的金融动荡,给拉美经济的发展蒙上了阴影。为了使经济尽早摆脱困境,恢复增长,拉美各国半年来采取了一系列措施,有效地缓解了金融危机的“桑巴效应”。 首先,拉美各国积极寻求国际援助,大力引资、融资,改善公共外债状况。金融危机发生后,巴西即争取国际货币基金组织的贷款和对雷亚尔汇率自由浮动的支持,赢得了相应的承诺。
Since the beginning of the year, the financial crisis in Brazil has triggered new financial turmoil in Latin America and cast a shadow over the development of Latin American economy. In order to get rid of the economy as soon as possible and resume growth, Latin American countries adopted a series of measures in the past six months, effectively alleviating the “samba effect” of the financial crisis. First of all, all Latin American countries are actively seeking international assistance and vigorously attract foreign investment and raise funds to improve public external debt. After the financial crisis, Brazil secured the IMF’s loan and its support for the free float of the real exchange rate and won the corresponding commitment.
