“创造性叛逆”是译介学中的一个核心概念,它是原语文本在译入语语境流传中发生的与作者本意相背离的理解、翻译与阐释。本文引入哲学阐释学,用理解的理论来解释、证明创造性叛逆存在的合法性。理解本文并不是完全返回到本文作者的心理状态中,而是带着自己的前结构与本文进行对话。创造性叛逆就是由于翻译者自身前理解在翻译过程中的积极作用导致的对原作本意的背离。前理解使翻译者具有了看待事物的视域,而他与原语本文的对话过程就是他的视域和本文视域之间的交融。翻译文学中的创造性叛逆表征着译者视域与文本带来的原语视域融合之后的意义生发。创造性叛逆的历史性意味着创造性叛逆是在一定的历史语境中生成的、具有特殊的历史现象。对某一作品的理解与翻译,不仅会受到历史语境的影响,还会受到作品的历史效果的影响。
“Creative Treason ” is a core concept in translation studies. It is the understanding, translation and interpretation of the translation of the original text in the context of the translation into the original. This article introduces philosophical hermeneutics and explains it with the theory of understanding to prove the legitimacy of creative treason. The historic nature of creative treason means that creative treason is generated in a certain historical context and has a special historical phenomenon. The understanding and translation of a work can not only be influenced by historical context but also influenced by the historical effect of the work.
