目的建立同时测定开西尼孜散剂中没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法色谱柱为Waters X-Bridge C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-2 mL·L-1磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为254nm。结果没食子酸和鞣花酸的线性范围分别为0.132~0.792μg(r=0.999 9)和0.108~0.648 2μg(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为99.3%和98.8%,方法精密度RSD分别为1.4%和1.7%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可为开西尼孜散剂质量评价提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in Kaixinizixi powder. Methods The column was Waters X-Bridge C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-2 mL · L-1 phosphoric acid solution and eluted with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1. 254nm. Results The linear ranges of gallic acid and ellagic acid were 0.132 ~ 0.792μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.108 ~ 0.648 2μg (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 99.3% and 98.8%, respectively. RSD 1.4% and 1.7% respectively (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can provide experimental evidence for Kaixinizi powder quality evaluation.
